I have known Marcus for over 30 years from when we first met as Training Officers in the London Fire Brigade. Throughout our careers our paths crossed until in 2010 I was appointed the LFB Borough Commander in Hillingdon. At the time Marcus was the Station Commander of Ruislip Fire Station within the Borough. Marcus has always been an extremely diligent and conscientious person.
