Jason founded Alcema Fire Safety Limited at the start of 2023 which was a natural extension to the services offered by Alcema Ltd, a high-end construction company within the private and public sectors. As Managing Director of Alcema Limited, Jason identified the need for a genuine, reputable company to offer the highest level of guidance and advice to improve fire safety in the workplace and public buildings.
With the ever-changing landscape in fire safety regulations and legislation Jason felt driven to create a fully independent company offering the highest level of services to guide people and businesses in fire safety. He is committed to providing the same level of excellence and professionalism which has enabled him to enjoy the success he has experienced throughout his career.
Alcema Limited was formed by Jason in 2016, building on his extensive experience as a Director at prestigious construction companies, delivering outstanding Design and Build solutions for key clients such as House of Fraser, M&S, the Civil Aviation Authority, Buckinghamshire Council, and the University of Westminster.
Jason’s strategic leadership draws on a depth of over 34 years’ experience in the industry, enjoying strong supply chain relationships and regional expertise (Midlands, South and Southwest), together with national contractor knowledge. He is purpose driven with entrepreneurial flair driving innovation with an emphasis on achieving optimal sustainability, productivity and quality. Jason takes a hands-on approach to project and framework leadership, driving good and transparent governance, ensuring all KPIs are met and exceeded however complex the challenge.
Jason is a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor taking professional commercial leadership responsibility to deliver to quality, programme and price, sharing success with colleagues in building an Alcema portfolio of projects, contracts often exceeding £20 million.
Jason is collaborative, building relationships and strong teams with an exemplary track record in project delivery and long-term client partnerships. His vision and business acumen are reflected in the Alcema Business Strategy which focuses on innovative and sustainable solutions.
