Martin is a key member of the Alcema Fire Safety team. With over 30 years experience working within various industries including Recruitment, Construction, Manufacturing and Tourism & Leisure Martin has a wealth of experience and knowledge which he brings to every client and project.

His career includes management roles such as Project Manager and Operations Manager and this experience naturally progressed into the role of consultant working with various companies across the UK. Martin’s wide experience across multiple sectors alongside his passion to drive health and
safety within the workplace has led him to be perfectly placed to carry out Fire Door Inspections and Fire Risk Assessments.

Martin has an impressive range of qualifications including Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), Prince 2 (a process-based method for effective project management), NVQ (Level 6) in Construction – Building and Civil Engineering, and he is a certified ‘Fire Qual’ Fire Door Inspector.
These are all admirable qualifications but it is Martin’s delivery and level of customer service which really set him apart.
