Ian is a highly experienced construction professional with over 36 years in the industry, bringing a strong background in site management, coordination, and delivery across a wide range of projects.

He has extensive experience working in live environments, including healthcare and occupied buildings, where careful planning, communication, and compliance are essential. Ian plays a key role in overseeing works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Over the past 2/3 years he has gained essential knowledge in passive fire protection which has enabled his skill set to progress more than site management. Ian has developed a solid working knowledge of fire door inspection, compliance awareness, and passive fire protection principles. This enables him to effectively support and manage works involving fire safety systems, including identifying defects and ensuring appropriate remedial actions are carried out in line with current regulations.

Ian’s extensive site experience, supported by his understanding of compliance, enables him to play a key role in delivering projects that meet safety expectations and client requirements.
