Regulatory bodies and fire risk assessors are increasingly recommending detailed passive fire protection surveys to verify compliance and identify deficiencies.
Across London and major Midland areas including Birmingham, Leicester, and Nottingham, there has been a noticeable increase in instructions for:
- Compartmentation surveys
- Fire stopping inspections
- Fire door condition and compliance surveys
- Service penetration inspections
- Fire damper inspections
- Remediation specification and consultancy
This trend is particularly evident within higher-risk residential buildings, social housing portfolios, hospitals, and student accommodation.
