Did you know?
From 1 October 2023, new fire safety legislation came into force in England and Wales, introducing additional responsibilities for businesses and building owners. The changes require all Responsible Persons, regardless of the size or type of premises, to have comprehensive written fire risk assessments and documented fire safety arrangements in place.
